Project Master Form

The form is to update the detailed information about each project, including project name, description, start and end dates, and key stakeholders.

  1. Select the master project form to create a new project, and then click 'Create Form' as shown in Figure 1. You can click on the (+) icon on the left or create a form on the top right.

  2. The create form will have multiple fields to update the relevant project information. The mandatory fields are the project name, project code and project number. Project start and finish dates, as well as project currency, are crucial since they will be used in the cost module, so please make sure those files are updated.

  3. In addition to the available fields, you can add any additional field by clicking on the (+) icon available under the project details section.

  4. Once the form is filled out, you can attach files related to the project information by accessing the attachment icon on the top right.

  5. Click on send in the bottom right area to save the information related to the project. The form will be saved and can now be selected to update budgets.

  6. The created project master forms can be seen and accessed on the listing, as shown below, after creation.
